Returns Policy for Online Purchases
Outlined below are the conditions for returning items purchased through the CastorCo online store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Change of Mind
If within 30 days of receiving your delivery you change your mind for any reason, we will offer you a refund. The refund is excluding delivery charges (if charged separately in your original order). Please contact us to arrange a return on sales@castorco.com.au or call us on (02) 9912 5108.
Conditions of Return
Items can be returned subject to the following conditions;
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Goods must be sent via a delivery service of your choice - we strongly recommend that you choose a carrier that allows you to track and insure the items against damage or loss (refer to following section “Returns – Delivery and Shipping”). Goods must be packed securely and appropriately so that they are not damaged in transit. We are not liable for any failure or loss by your delivery service.
- We cannot offer a refund without a receipt or proof of purchase, please email this to us when requesting a return, or include in package you are returning.
- When received, all goods will be inspected to ensure they meet all criteria for exchange or refund. They must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags attached. They must include any original packaging, including any bags or boxes.
- Once we have inspected your returned item(s) you will receive an email advising you that your refund will be processed. Please note, financial institutions can take up to 5 days to refund the money to your account, once processed by us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items unless faulty, sale items or gift cards.
Returns – Delivery and Shipping
In the event that an order from CastorCo to you, the customer, is not delivered due to a fault of the shipping company, we will either replace the item or refund the amount you paid to us.
In the event that a return from you to us is not received by us, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the loss. We strongly recommend that are returns are sent back to us via a trackable and insurable shipping service.
